I've Seen the Light!

Happy New Year everyone! It's only the second day of the year and I've been enlightened. After receiving feedback regarding OODLES website I've decided to change the Return Policy. That's right, I may not do Yoga, but that doesn't mean I'm not flexible. I will now accept returns for a full credit if returned within two weeks of purchase - including Jewelry. The important thing to remember is you will need to contact me for an authorization BEFORE returning the item. Sale items are going to remain a final sale.

It's important to me that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Actually, I'd like them to be more than satisfied - I want my customers to be thrilled with their purchases. Having a website for the shop is really just an extension of the Brick & Mortar and I pride myself on customer service. Although, Jewelry is not returnable when purchasing it in the shop - the customer has the opportunity to touch, feel and see the piece on before purchasing.
